To make a purchase from Hampering Around you must adhere and agree to the terms and conditions, and any rules and policies that have been set by Hampering Around.
General Information
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
- Products are subject to availability and will be substituted to equal value and quality.
- Please note that all food products have an expiry date, which is clearly labeled on the outside of the container/packaging of each product. This is a requirement of Victorian Food Manufacturing Laws.
Delivery
- We offer Australia-wide delivery and contract our deliveries to a range of various courier companies to ensure our delivery costs remain cost effective.
- For all interstate deliveries to NSW, TAS, QLD, SA please allow up to 3 working days.
- For interstate deliveries to NT & WA please allow up to 5 working days.
- For next day delivery in VIC all orders must be placed before 12.00pm, otherwise allow 2 working days.
- For all deliveries sent via Australia Post to private addresses we require a signature upon receipt.
- In the event that the recipient is not home a calling card will be left and the gift will be returned to the local Post Office for asignatory collection.
Delivery charges are additional and are dependant on the destination and the weight of the hamper. Delivery charges will be confirmed upon receipt of your order. Overseas deliveries can be arranged upon receipt of your order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping and billing address details. To ensure a smooth delivery process it is essential that all recipient details are correct. If a gift cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address an extra courier fee will be charged for re direction.
Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed and Hampering Around does not offer a delivery service on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Gift Cards
Hampering Around provides a complimentary gift card service, using our own Hampering Around gift card. Simply provide your message and the details of the recipient to us in a Microsoft Word or Excel table format, and we will do the rest.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the spelling of the recipients name and contact details are correct. Hampering Around will not be held responsible for incorrectly spelt names and incorrect address details.
Refund Policy
Hampering Around will refund monies paid or issue a credit note in the case of:
- Non delivery due our error or our suppliers error.
- Incorrect order delivered due to our error.
- Expired or faulty products received.
** Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and will only be considered once the hamper has been returned to Hampering Around.
Exchange Policy
Hampering Around will exchange items and be responsible for additional delivery charges, in the case of:
- Incorrect order delivered due to our error.
- Expired products received.
- Faulty or broken items received.
** Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and will only be considered once the hamper has been returned to Hampering Around.
Privacy Policy
Hampering Around will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. Information provided by you to Hampering Around will be used to process your order and will only be forwarded to a third party such as a courier company. If you don't do wish to receive e-mails or mail updates please advise Hampering Around. Hampering Around will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent.
In addition, our employees and any contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Hampering Around.
Sale of Liquor
VIC Liquor Control Reform Act 1998:
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 for Victoria, it is an offence:
- To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years
- For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor
All Hampering Around gift hampers containing alcohol are only available for purchase by persons aged over 18 years.
